Terms & Conditions

Pre Orders & Dietary Requirements: 

  • Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements that we need to be aware of in all circumstances. Where a pre order is required please make sure any allergens or dietary requirements are also marked on your pre order.
  • We will specify on the booking page or on the specific promotion page under the offers and events section of our website when a pre order is required.  Where a full pre-order is required you must provide individual guest names and their choices, three weeks prior to your booking date, using only the form provided on our website. 

Late Arrival & Booking Duration: 

  • Please contact us if you are running late. Tables over 15 minutes late, without any contact will be treated as a no-show reservation and full cancellation charges will apply
  • We will specify on the booking page or on the specific promotion page under the offers and events section of our website the duration of your booking
  • We will inform you when you have 15 minutes left of your reservation, you will be asked to vacate your table at the end of your booking time

Payment & Discounts:

  • Card Details or Payment will be taken in accordance with the details set out on the booking page or on the specific promotion page under the offers and events section of our website. All card details & payments are held and processed securely using Stripe.
  • All parties will be issued with one bill, we do not split bills
  • Discounts offered to NHS/ armed forces/ blue light card holders/ club62 card holders cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless specified on the booking page or on the specific promotion page under the offers and events section of our website
  • We reserve the right to withdraw any discount offered at anytime

Cancellations: 

  • Complete booking cancellations will incur full cancellation charges. No refund, bill credit, or credit notes will be issued
  • For partial cancellations made more than 2 days before your booking date we will apply any payments made towards your drink bill on the day. No credit notes or refunds will be issued
  • For full or partial cancellation within 2 days of your booking - full cancellation charges apply. No refund, bill credit, or credit notes will be issued
  • No-show reservations will incur 100% cancellation charges
  • Guests with a second no-show will be blocked from making any further bookings

Promotions:

  • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any offer at any time without notice
