We are offering our Instagram fans a chance to win a 2 Course Meal & Cocktail for four people!
To enter and be eligible to win, entrants must COMMENT on the post, FOLLOW the page and SHARE the post to their story. 
 

Competition T&Cs:

  • This is a promotion by Brend Hotels (the Promoter).
  • The winner will receive a 2 Course & Cocktail meal for 4 in 62 The Bank, Barnstaple, North Devon.
  • Prize voucher valid for dining between 24.04.25 - 15.03.25
  • There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
  • The prize draw will be overseen by an independent observer and one winner will be selected on a random basis from the qualifying entries received using a third-party app and announced on our Instagram page. We will also notify the winner by replying to the winning comment on the post. If there is no response within 7 days, Brend Hotels reserves the right to select another winner at random from amongst the entrants to the prize draw.
  • The closing date of the prize draw is 22:00 on 23.05.25. Entries received outside this time period will not be entered into the prize draw.
  • The winner will be chosen by random using third-party software.
  • To enter and be eligible to win, entrants must COMMENT on the post, FOLLOW the page and SHARE the post to their story.
  • Brend Hotels accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from 62 The Bank).
  • The Promoter accepts no liability of any loss damage or injury.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel this promotion at any stage.
  • The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • It is a condition of entry that these Terms and Conditions are accepted and entry into the prize draw shall constitute acceptance.
  • This competition is not open to anyone professionally connected with this promotion including but not limited to all employees of Brend Collection.
  • Winners agree to participate in any post draw publicity if requested. The name of the prize winner will be shown on 62 The Bank's Instagram page.
